Exp: 5 to 10 years

Location: Hyderabad. Kolkata, Nagpur, Chennai

• Strong experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or Kronos Dimensions.
• Expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules.
• Hands-on experience in Kronos configuration, troubleshooting, and custom reports.
• Knowledge of SQL queries and database management for Kronos.
• Experience integrating Kronos with ERP systems like Oracle HRMS or SAP HCM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Kronos WFM applications.
• Develop and customize Kronos reports and interfaces.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams for requirement gathering.
• Provide technical support and resolve Kronos-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
