Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Key Account Sr Executive Quick Commerce to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing marketplace operations, executing pricing strategies, and collaborating across teams to drive performance through strong analytical insights.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations- Manage end-to-end operations across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto
- Collaborate with platform account managers to drive visibility, assortment expansion, and growth initiatives
- Execute pricing updates, promotions, and platform-led campaigns
- Ensure product listings, content, and creatives are accurate and live
- Maintain platform hygiene, including catalog health, availability, and discoverability
- Manage onboarding of new product launches across platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams (growth, design, supply chain) for campaign readiness
- Plan and allocate inventory across dark stores and cities
- Monitor fill rates, out-of-stock (OOS) levels, and ageing inventory
- Forecast demand for existing SKUs and new launches
- Coordinate replenishment with supply chain teams
- Optimize assortment mix (singles vs combos) based on platform performance
- Track sales, conversion rates, visibility, and category rankings
- Analyze platform performance and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies
- Drive category growth through campaigns and media visibility
- Improve contribution margins and ROI through data-backed decisions
- Plan and execute promotional strategies in collaboration with platforms
- Evaluate ROI on discounts, campaigns, and visibility spends
- Manage monthly revenue targets and platform-wise projections
- Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) and commercial negotiations
- Maintain dashboards and performance trackers
- Share weekly and monthly business reviews
- Derive actionable insights from ratings, reviews, and customer behavior
- Prepare reports, review decks, and summaries for internal stakeholders
- 25 years of experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce KAM roles (preferably FMCG, Beauty, or D2C)
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, or Zepto
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets: pivots, lookups, data analysis)
- Understanding of quick commerce business dynamics
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, supply chain, finance
