Key Responsibilities-

• Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
• Monitor fill rates, PO turnaround time (TAT), and order fulfillment to ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage purchase order (PO) trackers, PO aging, pending orders, and fulfillment planning.
• Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, planning, logistics, finance, catalog, and marketplace teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to support timely replenishment and order fulfillment.
• Follow up on PO confirmations, dispatches, appointments, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Return to Vendor (RTV) processes, and operational escalations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage pricing and promotional parity across assigned marketplaces while ensuring there is no price leakage.
• Support the Key Account Manager in portfolio expansion, activation planning, and execution to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Resolve inventory, order, and warehouse-related issues while ensuring adherence to marketplace SOPs.
• Drive operational efficiency and maintain high service levels across key marketplace accounts.
