Kafka Administrator (L3 Support)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kafka Administrator (L3 Support) to manage and maintain Kafka clusters in a high-availability production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kafka administration, troubleshooting critical issues, and ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 6 years of experience and 3+ years of relevant experience in Kafka
• Manage, monitor, and maintain Kafka clusters in production environments
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of Kafka systems
• Handle L3 production support, including troubleshooting and resolving critical issues
• Implement and maintain security, compliance, and governance standards
• Perform Kafka integrations with various applications and systems
• Monitor system performance using monitoring and alerting tools
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize Kafka performance
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for smooth operations

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Kafka Cluster Management
• Expertise in L3 Production Support
• Experience with Monitoring & Alerting tools
• Good understanding of distributed systems and messaging architecture
