Junior Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Location: Mahadevapura, Whitefield, Bangalore

Work Arrangements: Full-time, On-site, 5-day work week

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

What began in a small Bangalore warehouse is now a 120+ people team spread across 6 cities in India.

About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Editor to execute creative assets for our marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our digital marketing team, they handle strategy and planning; you bring it to life visually!

What Youll Do:

• Design static creatives social media posts, banners, emailers, WhatsApp visuals, and product images for e-commerce
• Edit and produce video content for digital marketing reels, ads, product videos
• Create motion graphics and animated assets for social and performance campaigns
• Adapt and resize creatives across platforms (Instagram, Meta, Amazon, etc.) while maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute briefs on time

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with at least 1 year of experience working in creative/ad agencies
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects essential)
• Canva proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools
• Strong portfolio with both static and video/motion work
• Good eye for typography, colour, and layout
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and meet deadlines

Non-Negotiables:

• Willingness to work full-time from our Mahadevapura, Bengaluru office, 5 days a week (flexibility to work on weekends, if and when required)
• A strong portfolio is mandatory (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
