Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Assistant Manager at The Style Dialogue. The Assistant Manager will handle daily operations, assist in managing design projects, coordinate logistics with clients and vendors, oversee quality assurance, and ensure timely completion of tasks. The role also includes supporting client presentations, supervising project timelines, Brand cataloging, Social media Management and contributing to the creative styling process while maintaining a collaborative workflow with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience in interior styling, design coordination, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring quality and excellence.
• Passion for aesthetics and a strong understanding of materials, textures, and design trends.
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
