Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will assist in the creation of architectural designs, work on project documentation, and support the integration of layouts with technical requirements. Responsibilities include preparing technical drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring design alignment with client objectives. The role requires active involvement in project planning, architectural coordination, and problem-solving to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as related to architectural projects
Skilled in Project Management principles and the ability to manage timelines effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within diverse teams
Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
Familiarity with local building regulations and standards is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design and technical challenges
