Junior Architect / Interior Designer

Eighty8 Studio is seeking a motivated Junior Architect / Interior Designer to support design development, working drawings, and 3D visualisation across residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong balance of technical accuracy and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and execution sets
• Develop 2D drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
• Create 3D models and high-quality visualizations for presentations
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and site execution teams
• Incorporate revisions and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
• Maintain organized, professional drawing documentation

Software Requirements (Essential)

• AutoCAD Advanced proficiency is mandatory, especially for detailed working drawings and execution documentation
• SketchUp Strong capability for 3D modeling and design development
• D5 Render / Enscape Ability to produce high-quality, realistic renders for client presentations

Candidates must have strong, hands-on experience with the above tools. Profiles lacking proficiency in these will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• 12 years of relevant experience preferred
• Freshers with exceptional software proficiency may be considered
