Junior 3D Animator (Blender)

At Light Canvas Studio, we are building fun and engaging animated content for kids and were looking for a creative animator who can bring characters to life with expressive and playful motion.

• Animate stylized 3D characters (kids, parents, teachers, etc.)
• Create smooth and engaging animations (walk cycles, actions, expressions)
• Work on storytelling through movement (timing, poses, expressions)
• Animate simple props and environmental interactions
• Collaborate with modeling and rigging artists
• Ensure animations match kids-friendly, expressive style

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Blender animation
• Strong understanding of:
• Keyframe animation
• Timing, spacing, and motion principles
• Ability to create natural and expressive character movement
• Basic understanding of rigs and controls
• Good sense of acting and storytelling through animation
• Portfolio/demo reel (animation work is mandatory)

• Experience in kids or stylized animation
• Basic knowledge of camera animation
• Understanding of physics-based motion (basic)
