Role Description

IT Security & Firmware DevOps Department: IT / Embedded Firmware / Engineering Systems Location: Office / Hybrid Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full Time Reports To: Director / CTO / Technical Head

What You Will Own:

Secure firmware source code across GitHub Enterprise and GitLab access controls, repository permissions, and branch protection rules for main, release, and production branches Enforce Git and DevOps discipline daily commit tracking, WIP branch monitoring, and full version traceability from firmware release to Git commit Manage endpoint security and DLP using Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Intune device compliance, laptop encryption, and USB policy management Control remote and on-site access via Tailscale, firewalls, and secure VPN networks Curate and control the approved software list for development tools including MPLAB, Renesas CS+, and VS Code Lead bulletproof offboarding and access revocation workflows and deliver monthly security compliance reports to management.

What We Are Looking For:

• B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BCA or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field 5 to 10 years of experience across IT security, DevOps, system administration, or embedded engineering support Strong expertise in Git workflows branching, pull requests, release tagging Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Intune, Defender, and BitLocker Working knowledge of embedded firmware development lifecycle and tools like MPLAB X, Renesas CS+, and VS Code Exceptional managerial skills to enforce practical security without disrupting engineering workflows Bonus: Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, GitHub, networking, or cybersecurity.
