Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Systems (IS) Auditor. The IS Auditor will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency, security, and compliance of IT systems and processes. Key tasks include conducting audits to assess risk, analyzing system vulnerabilities, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, and preparing detailed audit reports. The role also involves providing recommendations for improving IT controls and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation measures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform IT audits covering applications, databases, and IT infrastructure

* Evaluate IT General Controls (ITGC) including access management, change management, and operations

* Conduct user access reviews and identify segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts

* Assess application controls and data integrity across systems

* Review compliance with RBI guidelines and internal IT policies

* Identify control gaps, document audit findings, and recommend remediation

* Prepare audit reports, working papers, and risk assessments

* Coordinate with IT and business teams for issue closure and follow-ups

* Support data analysis using Excel/SQL for audit testing

* Stay updated on AI-enabled auditing practices, regulatory expectations, and emerging technology risks.

*Design and implement AI-based audit analytics, continuous controls monitoring, and automated audit testing across IT and digital systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Strong understanding of ITGC, risk & compliance frameworks

* Basic knowledge of information security and access controls

* SQL

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong documentation and communication abilities

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Commerce or related field

* Certifications like CISA / DISA /ISO27001:2022 (Preferred)

Experience

* 03 years of experience in IT Audit / IS Audit / Internal Audit

• * Experience in BFSI / NBFC domain is an added advantage
