IP Team - OpenSource and IP Compliance

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities: Prime contact for all matters related to (FOSS) usage across the product lifecycle. The POC will work on the OSS governance strategy and handle enterprise-wide IP related processes and Intellectual Property (IP) compliance for all Infosys-owned products and platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience in Synopsys Detect / BlackDuck HUB and other SCA Tools
• Knowledge in Open-source Licenses .
• Responsible for training and guiding teams related to Code Scans / Audits.
• All BlackDuck HUB support and admin activities .
• Support product teams in mitigating the risks associated with OSS
• Enhance the OSS Compliance system Automation & Policy standardization.
• Need excellent organizational / communication skills.
• Preferable experience in Intellectual Property Compliance.
• Support Intellectual Property (IP) compliance initiatives across products and platforms.
• Own and manage IP onboarding processes, including asset identification, classification, and documentation.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure timely onboarding of source code, binaries, and thirdparty assets into approved IP processes.
• Work closely with Legal and product teams to mitigate OSS and IP-related risks.
• Awareness related to Open-Source AI models and its use cases.
• General Understanding of latest AI landscape across industry and related compliance regulations.

Qualification Requirement:

• B.E/B.Tech with over 4 years experience in OSS compliance activities.
