Investment Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investment Analyst with strong expertise in Indias public equity markets and a well-rounded understanding of multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving investment strategy, managing portfolios, and delivering consistent returns while aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage investment strategies focused on Indias public equity markets
• Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence
• Oversee portfolio construction, asset allocation, and performance monitoring
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes (equity, debt, alternatives, etc.)
• Provide strategic insights on market trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align investment decisions with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and investment team members

Key Requirements:

• CFA qualified (mandatory)
• Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in Indias public equity markets
• Good understanding of multiple asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives, etc.)
• Proven track record in portfolio management and investment decision-making
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
