Stipend: 15,000/ Month ( can increase after 2 month based on performance)

About the Role:

OnPrompt Ads is looking for a highly organized and driven Intern Program Manager to lead our intern hiring and management efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to take ownership early in their career and build hands-on experience in both recruitment and team management.

You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring interns, as well as managing their day-to-day performance, productivity, and overall experience within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end intern hiring (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

Manage a team of interns and ensure they meet daily and weekly performance goals

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain accountability across the intern team

Act as the primary point of contact for all interns

Create a structured and positive work environment for interns

Track performance and provide regular feedback and guidance

Coordinate with internal teams to align intern tasks with business needs

Continuously improve the intern program for better efficiency and outcomes

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with good time management abilities

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently

Leadership mindset with a proactive attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility:

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately

Must be available to work on-site (Monday to Friday, 10 AM 6 PM)
