Global manufacturing is a $16 trillion market in active restructuring. US, EU, and Middle East OEMs are moving supply chains out of China. India is the obvious alternative - cost advantage, engineering depth, scale.

Yet $30 billion of India's SME manufacturing capacity sits idle every year.

Not because factories lack machines. Because India's engineering SME base is operationally dark - no verified capability profiles, no process documentation, no single partner a global buyer can hold accountable. So buyers hesitate, orders don't come, and machines sit idle.

That is the gap Veridia is closing.

What we are building.

We own the full cycle: RFQ verified sourcing sampling order delivery.

One accountable partner for the buyer. Real international order flow for the manufacturer.

The supply backbone - a ranked, verified, segmented database of manufacturers who can deliver to cross-border standards - is what makes this possible.

That is what this role builds.

The work.

• SME Onboarding: Identify and onboard high-potential manufacturers (5-200 Cr) across India's industrial hubs. Build direct relationships through structured outreach to factory owners.

• Intelligence Building: Every call produces data - machines, process capabilities, certifications, shift utilisation, customer tiering, export history. You maintain a clean, ranked database - this becomes the matching logic for every order we take.

• Problem Discovery: Surface systemic pain points - from working capital gaps to digitization needs - to inform our product roadmap.

• Order Execution: Manage the end-to-end RFQ-to-delivery cycle, including technical drawing interpretation and sampling (PPAP/VDA).

Who fits.

Final-year or recent graduate in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

MBA candidates with a prior engineering background are equally welcome.
