Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Gurgaon. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, and translate these into practical and aesthetically pleasing design concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing space plans, preparing mood boards, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for timely execution. The role also involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, ensuring designs are feasible and aligned with project constraints. The Interior Designer will visit project sites regularly, manage progress, and ensure that final installations reflect the approved design and quality standards.
Qualifications

Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, visually appealing layouts.
Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience working with Construction Drawings to communicate design intent clearly.
Proficiency in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with client requirements and project budgets.
Experience using design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
Strong client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly and professionally.
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in residential interiors or retail home dcor environments is an advantage.
