Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design - Sales Manager role based in Pune. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their design expectations and lifestyle needs, offering space planning solutions, and providing expert recommendations on furniture and interior designs. The position also requires building strong client relationships while ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to understand and address client needs
• Experience in Customer Service and relationship management
• Knowledge of Furniture and related interior design trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a design and sales team
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is optional.
