Instructional Design Presentation Specialist / Learning Experience Designer – Visual Content)

NetZeroX AI is seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative E-Learning Presentation Designer to develop visually compelling and pedagogically effective slide decks for our training programs. This role is critical in transforming complex energy and sustainability content into engaging, learner-friendly formats that align with our mission to accelerate the global transition to net-zero.

• Design, create, edit, and update high-quality PowerPoint presentations for e-learning courses
• Develop and maintain presentation templates, slide libraries, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Translate complex technical content into clear, engaging visuals, including infographics, diagrams, and charts
• Ensure presentations are visually appealing, logically structured, and easy to understand
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and content owners to understand learning objectives and target audiences
• Apply strong principles of layout, typography, and visual storytelling to enhance learner engagement
• Convert static presentations into interactive learning modules using rapid authoring tools (Articulate, iSpring, H5P, Vyond)
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Continuously improve design standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials
  

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with rapid e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, iSpring, H5P, Vyond, or similar)
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and visual communication
• Ability to simplify and present complex information clearly and effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
  

• Experience in e-learning, training, or instructional design environments
• Exposure to energy, sustainability, or technical domains is a plus
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.)
