Inside Sales Specialist

Prorata is Indias pioneering fractional car ownership platform, enabling individuals to co-own luxury cars by purchasing as little as 8.33% ownership for leisure and lifestyle purposes. The model is unique, with no loans, EMIs, down payments, or rent, and provides a hassle-free way to enjoy premium cars for 30 to 90 days annually over a five-year term. At the end of the term, the car is sold, and co-owners receive their share of the resale value. Prorata also organizes co-owners within close localities for shared use, supported by an app-based reservation system that includes doorstep pickup and drop services. The platform is tailored for occasional and experiential use rather than daily commuting needs.

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role based in Dehradun, allowing some flexibility for remote work. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will identify and engage potential clients, generate leads, and manage customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our unique business model. You will collaborate with sales and support teams to meet company objectives and contribute to overall customer success.

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and engage potential customers
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively
• Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring prompt issue resolution
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
• High energy and self-motivation, with a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in CRM tools and app-based customer interaction is an advantage
• Previous experience in the automotive, luxury, or shared economy sectors is a plus
