Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist - B2B based in Bengaluru. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of our high-tech vending solutions to business clients. Other responsibilities include maintaining strong customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with potential and current clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a focus on B2B environments.
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while independently managing sales targets and goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
