Job Description
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities (calls, emails, social outreach, etc.)
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit
- Has the ability to strike cold conversations and convert them into anything meaningful / Fierce Networker
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategic outreach campaigns
- Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to lead generation and pipeline development
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
Qualifications:
- 35 years of inside sales, business development, or lead generation experience (preferably in IT or technology sales)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- A basic understanding of IT solutions (e.g., SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, networking) is a plus
Self-motivated, coachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
