Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. The role requires a strong balance of hands-on technical expertise and leadership, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Provisioning: Deploy, harden, patch, and manage Linux and Windows-based virtual machines.
• Storage and Backup: Manage SAN storage, backup, and recovery for virtual machines and databases.
• AI and Automation Enablement: Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.
• Cloud Strategy: Develop and execute cloud platform strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on resilience, security, cost optimization, and performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure and platform engineers.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Incident Management: Own incident and problem management, ensure SLA adherence, and drive root cause analysis for outages.
• Platform Reliability: Continuously improve system performance, availability, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Linux and Windows system administration (performance tuning, security, networking, debugging).
• Hands-on expertise in backup and recovery technologies and SAN storage.
• Good understanding of middleware and web servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, NGINX, IIS, Load Balancers, SSL).
• Experience in handling production incidents, server issues, and SLA-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, KVM) and cloud platforms (GCP or similar).
• Experience in Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies).
• Exposure to automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.
• Experience in patching, upgrades, access management, and capacity planning.
• 12+ years of infrastructure experience with at least 3+ years in team handling.
