Job Description

We are Looking for Information Technology Sales Executive for location Hyderabad, Noida.


1. Client Acquisition (Hunting)


* Identify companies that need IT consultants (contract / C2C / W2)

* Target direct clients, MSPs, and vendors (e.g., prime vendors like TCS or Infosys)

* Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns

* Build new client relationships from scratch



2. Requirement Gathering


* Work with hiring managers to understand:

* Job roles (Java, Data, SAP, Cloud, etc.)

* Skills, experience, rate, location

* Get active IT job requirements (reqs)



3. Vendor & MSP Management


* Build relationships with:

* Implementation partners

* Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

* Vendor networks (e.g., Pontoon Solutions)

* Get access to daily job portals / vendor requirements



4. Coordination with Recruiters


* Share requirements with internal recruiting team

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

* Align candidates with client expectations

* Push submissions quickly (speed is critical in staffing)



5. Submissions & Closures


* Submit candidates to clients/vendors

* Schedule interviews and follow up

* Negotiate hourly rates / salaries

* Close placements (contract or full-time)



6. Account Management (Farming)


* Maintain relationships with existing clients

* Ensure consultants are performing well

* Handle renewals, extensions, and additional needs

* Upsell more resources into the same account



7. Revenue & Targets


* Achieve:

* Monthly/quarterly placement targets

* Revenue targets (billing per consultant)

* Track margins (bill rate vs pay rate)



8. Compliance & Documentation


* Handle contracts (MSA, NDA, SOW)

* Ensure proper onboarding (background checks, docs)

* Work with HR/payroll for consultant onboarding



Daily Activities (Realistic View)


* Morning: Check vendor portals for new reqs

* Calls with MSPs / clients

* Coordinate with recruiters on submissions

* Follow-ups on interviews

* Rate negotiations & closures

* CRM updates



Key Skills Needed


* Strong networking & relationship building

* Understanding of IT skills (Java, DevOps, Data, etc.)

* Fast execution mindset (speed = success in staffing)

* Negotiation (rates, margins)

* Vendor management
