We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, working closely with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Work on W2 (80%) and C2C (20%) hiring requirements
• Manage full-time/permanent hiring roles
• Source candidates using job portals like Dice and Monster
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through ATS and job boards
• Collaborate with Implementation Partners and Prime Vendors
• Post and manage job listings across platforms
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver timely results

• Proven experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
• Hands-on experience with W2 and C2C hiring models
• Experience working on full-time/permanent roles
• Strong experience with Dice and Monster (ATS usage)
• Experience working with Implementation Partners and Prime Vendors
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in IT/Tech industry recruitment is a strong advantage
