Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer / Analyst

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking an IAM professional with 3–5 years of experience to manage user access, authentication, and authorization processes, ensuring secure and compliant access across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
• Configure and support IAM solutions (AD, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, etc.)
• Handle access requests, role management, and entitlement management
• Support SSO, MFA, password policies, and identity lifecycle
• Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents and requests
• Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts (RBAC, SSO, MFA)
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory / Azure AD
• Familiarity with IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk – any)
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Good communication and documentation skills
