Role Description
We are looking for an HR professional to join our office full-time. This is an on-site role where you will manage the entire HR function. We are looking for a high-potential fresher or early-career professional who wants to be trained for a high-impact role and stay with the firm long-term.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment: End-to-end recruitment lifecycle including scouting, screening, and interviewing ca
- ndidates.Lifecycle Management: Managing the full joining, onboarding, and exit process for all employees.Docum
- entation: Drafting and maintaining all official letters. HRMS
- & Records: Maintaining employee records, database management, and leave/attendance tracking.Emplo
- yee Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for grievances, conflict resolution, and exit interviews.Payro
- ll & Appraisals: Providing accurate inputs for monthly payroll, increments, and performance appraisals.Polic
- y & Compliance: Developing and updating company policies and internal guidelines, while ensuring audit readiness of all employee files.Workf

- Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in an HR role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to handling sensitive matters
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks from start to finish
