Human Resources Manager

Role Description

Were looking for an HR Head who operates as a true individual contributor someone who can own, build, and run HR end-to-end.

• Independently manage the full HR lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance, performance, and employee experience
• Handle both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution without team support
• Drive workforce planning and organizational design
• Act as a cultural bridge between Indian and European teams
• Align ways of working, communication styles, and expectations
• Lead end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, closing)
• Own payroll, employee records, and HR systems
• Ensure full statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
• Manage audits, documentation, and governance
• Shape and embed a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture
• Drive engagement, well-being, and team-building initiatives
• Enable goal setting, feedback, and development planning
• Ensure a smooth and engaging workplace environment

Qualifications

• 610 years of HR experience across both strategic and operational areas
• Proven experience working as a standalone HR / sole HR owner
• Strong exposure to HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance in India
• Experience in GCC / cross-cultural environments preferred
• Ability to execute independently without relying on a team
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High ownership, adaptability, and a hands-on approach
