Mittal Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.)
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
• Support management in HR planning and decision-making
• Handle HR Team
• HRMS Software Handling (Keka, Zoho, etc.)

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant field
• 8+ years of experience in HR (Real Estate preferred)
