Role Overview


Location: Gwalior


CTC: 8 - 12 LPA


We are looking for an experienced and people-friendly Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR operations and help us build a strong, happy, and motivated team. You will be responsible for managing the complete employee journeyfrom hiring and onboarding to payroll, attendance, documentation, training, and engagement activities.


This role also involves organizing learning and development programs, providing necessary training to employees, ensuring their well-being, and handling grievances with care and fairness. You will need to balance the companys goals with employee needs, making sure policies and practices support both growth and a positive work culture.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Onboarding Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, from creating job descriptions and conducting interviews to ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.


Payroll & Attendance Management Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain attendance records, and manage related compliance requirements.


HR Documentation & Compliance Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documents while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.


Training & Development Plan, organize, and execute learning programs and skill-development initiatives to enhance employee performance.


Employee Engagement Design and implement activities and initiatives that foster team bonding, motivation, and a positive work culture.


Employee Well-being & Support Promote a healthy work environment by supporting employees well-being and addressing their needs.


Grievance Handling Address employee concerns and conflicts fairly, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining confidentiality and trust.


Qualifications & Requirements


Experience 2 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance management.


Domain Expertise Mandatory experience working in a fast-paced, people-centric environment, preferably in a consultations-based or service-driven platform.


HR Acumen Strong understanding of HR laws, payroll management, employee relations, training & development, and performance management systems.


Leadership & Communication Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative work culture.


Problem-Solving Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive issues, resolve conflicts, and make data-driven HR decisions.


Passion for People Genuine interest in employee well-being, personal development, and creating a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture.
