Human Resources Manager

Manager HR ( Need immediate -30 days joiners only)

Location- Bangalore

Work Mode- WFO 5days

Client- Tech Centre of Global MNC

Education- MBA /MSW /Personnel Management Degrees Preferred

Experience- 10-15years

Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Hindi is required; proficiency in Kannada is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will lead endtoend HR operations and employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and alignment with the clients Global Group HR standards, while supporting business growth.

Key Focus Areas:

Endtoend HR operations, including hiretoexit processes and payroll oversight

Statutory compliance and regulatory filings

Recruitment, employee relationsa nd workforce planning

HR policies, audits, expatriate support, and vendor management

Strong partnership with senior leadership and Global Group HR teams

Ideal Profile:

The candidate should have 10+ years of HR operations experience in India, with strong expertise in Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Handson experience with payroll and HRMS is essential, along with high integrity and strong stakeholder management skills. The role requires proven experience in drafting and implementing employee welfare and HR policies, managing monthly payroll with system controls, and owning endtoend statutory responsibilities including PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, and timely full & final settlements.
