Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator will provide end-to-end backend HR operational support for UAE and KSA workforce management. This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR processes including documentation, onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as PRO, Administration, and Insurance. The position requires good communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to manage large-volume employee data efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue offer letters in line with client and regional compliance requirements (UAE/KSA labor laws).
  • Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents (passports, visas, certificates, etc.).
  • Ensure proper documentation for visa processing and labor compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS.
  • Support onboarding processes including documentation, system updates, and coordination with account managers.
  • Coordinate with employees for offboarding activities.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, etc.).
  • Handle employee requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with PRO teams for visa, labor card, and immigration-related processes.
  • Coordinate with Admin for accommodation, transportation, and logistics support.
  • Work with Insurance teams for employee medical insurance enrollment and updates.
  • Update and maintain HRMS records with high accuracy.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • 58 years of HR operations experience, preferably in outsourcing or staffing industry or managing UAE/KSA based employees.
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems and document management tools.
  • Ability to handle high-volume tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Back-office role based in India supporting UAE/KSA time zones.
