We are looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Manager to lead global HRO operations and drive operational excellence across enterprise accounts. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in HR service delivery, stakeholder management, process optimization, and team leadership within the BPO/HRO industry.

In this role, you will:

Lead end-to-end HRO operations including Payroll, Workforce Management, HR Operations, Exit Management, and Employee Lifecycle processes

Manage global client relationships across NAM, EMEA, and APAC regions

Drive SLA governance, operational excellence, automation, and productivity improvements

Handle transition management, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications

Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Lead team development, retention strategies, and succession planning initiatives

Monitor account financials, profitability, and process optimization opportunities

We are seeking professionals with:

20+ years of overall experience in HRO Operations / HR Service Delivery

Strong exposure to global HRO operations and shared services environment

Expertise in platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and SuccessFactors

Experience in client management, SLA/KPI governance, and operational excellence

Strong people management and leadership capabilities

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Experience in transition management and process improvement initiatives
