Job Description:

This role is on 6 month contractual basis (Third Party Payroll) for Pune - Magarpatta location

Shift Time: 6.30 am to 3.30 pm

• Address employee concerns and provide conflict resolution support
• Conduct engagement initiatives and employee connect sessions
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.- Support execution of learning programs
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR support
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports (attrition, headcount, absenteeism, etc.).
