Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern based in Gurgaon.

Hiring & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus ~60%)

End-to-end recruitment support sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

Post job openings across portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)

Maintain and track candidate pipelines and hiring dashboards

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Assist in employer branding initiatives and outreach campaigns

HR Operations & People Management (~40%)

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Help implement and communicate HR policies

Assist in managing employee benefits and personnel records

Contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace culture

Ensure compliance with internal HR standards and documentation

Requirement

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Basic understanding of HR principles, recruitment, and employee lifecycle

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment

Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus

Must be comfortable working full-time from our Gurgaon office
