Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior HR Admin to support day-to-day HR operations across India and the US. This role is ideal for a candidate starting their HR career who can efficiently coordinate onboarding activities, manage documentation, and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding processes for India and the US
  • Follow up on timesheets for US employees and ensure timely submissions
  • Assist in onboarding activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders (including support to the onboarding team)
  • Maintain and organize employee records and files (digital and physical)
  • Provide general HR administrative support and fill operational gaps as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • 01 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers are welcome)
  • Experience in MS Excel
  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and file management abilities
  • Ability to work in the 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST shift
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
