Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior HR Admin to support day-to-day HR operations across India and the US. This role is ideal for a candidate starting their HR career who can efficiently coordinate onboarding activities, manage documentation, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support employee onboarding processes for India and the US
- Follow up on timesheets for US employees and ensure timely submissions
- Assist in onboarding activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders (including support to the onboarding team)
- Maintain and organize employee records and files (digital and physical)
- Provide general HR administrative support and fill operational gaps as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 01 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers are welcome)
- Experience in MS Excel
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and file management abilities
- Ability to work in the 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST shift
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
