Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to independently manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions for the Creations team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling operations for a team of 3050 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Functions:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll and coordinate with Accounts
  • Calculate statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) and ensure timely payments & filings
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, increment and promotion letters
  • Handle full & final settlements
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Respond to employee verification requests
  • Manage leave records and attendance

Administrative Functions:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities for the department
  • Maintain contracts, agreements, and official documentation
  • Coordinate internal communication and support team operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
  • Experience handling HR operations for 3050 employees
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred (candidates with long notice periods may not be considered)
