Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Koramangala, Bengaluru. The Hotel Front Office Receptionist will manage day-to-day front office operations, greet and assist guests, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Responsibilities include answering calls, addressing guest concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a high level of customer service to enhance the guest experience. All front office responsibilities such as collecting payments, making reservations, generating invoices, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments are part of day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a Hotel
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, Front Office operations, and basic administrative tasks
• Strong knowledge of using PMS to handle smooth check-in / check-out
• Ability to handle various departments and stakeholders involved in delivering the best guest experience
• Strong Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills to provide a welcoming and professional guest experience
• Clear and effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, work in a team, and manage time efficiently
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and booking systems
• A degree in hospitality or hotel management is mandatory

Salary: As per industry standards

Location: Koramangala

Accommodation: Candidate must be a local resident as no accommodation shall be provided

Time: 9am - 7pm

Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory), Kannada (Preferred)
