Host Success Manager

We are HireZ a trust-first rental marketplace launching in Bengaluru on May 20, 2026. We connect verified hosts with renters across apartments, PGs, event spaces, cameras, and creator equipment. We are live on iOS and Android and we are growing fast.

We are looking for a Host Success Manager who genuinely loves building relationships and is not afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a building, or knock on a door.

This is not a desk job. You will be the face of HireZ to every host we work with from the moment they express interest to the day they receive their first booking and beyond.

What You Will Own:

Finding and approaching potential hosts across Koramangala, HSR Layout, and BTM in person, on WhatsApp, and on the phone. Walking hosts through the onboarding process end to end documents, photos, pricing, and listing approval. Coordinating with our photographer for listing shoots. Following up until every host is live on the platform and has received their first booking. Checking in with hosts post-booking to ensure a smooth experience. Building and maintaining the host pipeline in Airtable. Being the single point of contact for every host you bring on.

What We Are Looking For:

Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and does not need to be pushed to make the next call. Confident communicator in Kannada, Hindi, and English all three are needed daily in this cluster. Bengaluru-based you are in the field every single day. Prior experience in sales, real estate, business development, or community management is a strong advantage. 0 to 3 years of experience we care far more about energy, ownership, and follow-through than a long CV. Available to join immediately if you need more than a week, this role is not right for you right now.

15,000 to 22,000 per month depending on experience. Field travel reimbursement. Direct mentorship from the founder from Day 1.
