As a Placement Coordinator, you will drive placement initiatives for students trained in Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management, Clinical SAS, and Bioinformatics, ensuring strong industry alignment and successful job outcomes.

• Manage end-to-end placement activities for Clinical Research, Clinical SAS, and Bioinformatics students
• Build partnerships with CROs, Pharma companies, Biotech firms, and Healthcare organizations
• Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and hiring events
• Prepare students for job readiness (resume building, mock interviews, career guidance)
• Track placement performance and maintain accurate reports
• Stay updated with hiring trends in Clinical Research & Bioinformatics domains

• Bachelors/Masters in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field
• 13 years experience in Placement (Healthcare domain preferred)
• Understanding of Clinical Research, Clinical SAS, or Bioinformatics job roles
• Excellent communication, coordination, and networking skills
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (students + recruiters)

• Work in a niche, high-growth healthcare education domain
• Direct impact on students career success
• Exposure to Pharma, CRO, and Biotech industry hiring ecosystem
