About Forge Foundry

Forge Foundry is building brands in the world of bars, beverages and consumer experiences.

Right now, we operate two core brands:

Fabrik a beverage consultancy working with bars and liquor brands

House of Toast a consumer experiences brand focused on weddings and private events

What comes next:

A product brand for bitters, tinctures and cocktail mixes

A shop in shop bar concept

Women Behind Bars a content IP

The goal is not to build one brand.

The goal is to build a portfolio of strong, design forward brands.

The Role

We are looking for someone to lead design across Forge Foundry.

This is not a role where you execute briefs.

This is a role where you help create them.

This is a hands-on role. You will be building, not just directing.

You will take ideas from zero to identity to execution.

You will define how each brand looks, feels and communicates.

You will build systems that can scale across multiple brands.

What you will do

Create brand identities including logo, typography, colour systems and visual language

Design across formats bars, packaging, menus, content and physical spaces

Work closely with the founder to translate ideas into actual output

Own design from concept to final delivery

What we are looking for

Someone who wants to build brands, not just design assets

Strong sense of taste, typography and layout

Comfort working across digital and physical

Ability to operate in a zero to one environment

High ownership. You dont wait for direction, you shape it

Note: This is a hands-on role. You will be building, not just directing.

This is not a social media designer role

This is not a churn out creatives role

This is not a remote setup

This is a full time, onsite role
