Technical Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in Fixed Access Product Hardware Design including ONT and Residential Gateway, with proven end-to-end delivery in time-to-market environments. Solid understanding of full product lifecycle and hardware development processes
• Familiarity with GPON/EPON technologies and hands-on experience in Digital Circuit systems design with strong OLT/ONT background
• Experience in Wi-Fi RF, antennas hardware design, testing, and certification
• Experience in cost-optimized hardware design and component selection, leveraging local low-cost ecosystems
• Good understanding of mechanical design principles and hardware product design across multiple SKUs
• Direct involvement in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for both manufacturing and field-level issues
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers and ODM vendors
• Familiarity with telecom standards such as ETSI, NESC, Telcordia, and E2E PBKS
• Strong understanding of Ethernet IP networking, optical transmission (PON), Wi-Fi RF, and POTS
• Proficiency in circuit design tools and EDA environments including Cadence Allegro, Mentor Graphics, CST, HFSS, Flotherm XT, PLD/FPGA design tools
• Experience in analog circuit design and power module development is a strong plus
