Role Description

We are hiring a full-time GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer to join our team on-site in Chennai. The GTM Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute technical integrations, implement deployment processes, and address customer-specific requirements. Daily responsibilities include building and optimizing deployment pipelines, troubleshooting client issues, and contributing to technical product documentation and improvements.

What you'll own

• Design and build end-to-end GTM workflows (lead pipeline revenue)
• Automate outbound and inbound systems
• Connect tools across CRM, enrichment, and marketing stack
• Build lead scoring, routing, and prioritization systems
• Create dashboards and insights for pipeline and performance
• Run experiments to improve conversion and efficiency
• Leverage AI to enhance GTM workflows and personalization

What we're looking for

• Strong systems thinking (you think in workflows, not tasks)
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels
• A builder mindset you ship fast and iterate
• Experience in RevOps / Growth / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n
• Familiarity with APIs, data workflows, or light scripting
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in GTM
