Job Description :

1. Audit & Validation Calling (Core Focus)

Conduct outbound calls to customers for:

Campaign validation (confirm if communication/offers were received and understood)

Experience checks related to ICS initiatives

Verify accuracy of campaign execution at the ground level.

Capture discrepancies between planned vs actual customer experience.

Maintain detailed and structured records of all call outcomes.

2. Campaign Quality Assurance

Evaluate effectiveness of ongoing campaigns through direct customer feedback.

Identify gaps in communication, execution, or customer understanding.

Flag inconsistencies or issues in campaign delivery across centers.

3. Data Collection & Insights

Gather qualitative insights on:

Customer awareness of campaigns

Clarity of communication

Overall experience and feedback

Categorize responses into actionable buckets (issues, gaps, positives).

4. Reporting & Analysis

Create daily/weekly audit reports for campaigns.

Track and report key metrics such as:

Validation success rate

Customer awareness levels

Issue incidence trends

Highlight recurring problems and suggest areas of improvement.

5. Coordination with Central Teams

Work closely with the Central Growth (ICS) team to share findings.

Support ongoing campaign reviews with structured feedback.

Escalate critical issues impacting customer experience or campaign integrity.

6. Process Adherence & Accuracy

Follow SOPs for calling, audit tagging, and reporting.

Ensure high accuracy and consistency in data capture.

Maintain discipline in documentation and timelines.

Who You Are

Strong verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Comfortable with structured calling (non-sales, audit-focused).

Analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns in feedback.

Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Process-oriented and disciplined in execution.
