Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Growth Executive specializing in SaaS. The Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing the sales pipeline. The role includes creating sales strategies, building client relationships, managing lead generation, and collaborating with internal teams to refine product offerings. This position also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and strategy development skills, including business development and lead generation
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and prepare sales forecasts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in SaaS solutions, particularly in the education or HR sectors, is a plus
• Familiarity with digital tools for reporting, CRM management, and marketing strategies is a plus
• Highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience
