About FlexyPe

FlexyPe is the full-stack infrastructure for eCommerce powering identity, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences for 500+ D2C brands. We process 300 Crores+ GMV, have a 100M+ shopper identity network, and we're profitable and bootstrapped with a 15-person team. We're now entering our next growth phase and need someone who can sell the value to merchants who don't know they can get a better one yet.

This is not a cushy corporate sales job. We work Monday to Saturday. We move fast. Every person on this team punches above their weight. If you want comfort, this isn't for you. If you want to build something that matters and grow with it - keep reading.


What You'll Do

  • Sell FlexyPe's full product suite (FlexyPass, FlexyCart, Checkout, and our upcoming post-purchase product) to Shopify D2C merchants doing 20L10Cr+ monthly GMV.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, demo, objection handling, closing, and handoff to onboarding. There is no SDR team warming leads for you. You find them, you pitch them, you close them.
  • Build pipeline through outbound (cold calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Email), Shopify agency partnerships, eCommerce community events, and referrals from existing merchants.
  • Hit monthly targets: merchant signups, revenue generated, and pipeline built. You'll be measured on closed revenue, not activity metrics.
  • Work directly with the founders. Your feedback from merchant conversations will shape the product roadmap. This isn't a role where you're four levels removed from decisions - you're in the room.


Who You Are

1-2 years minimum experience in one of these (non-negotiable):

  • Selling checkout/payment solutions
  • Selling SaaS tools to Shopify/eCommerce merchants
  • Working at a payment gateway in a merchant-facing role
  • Business development at a D2C enablement platform
  • You understand what conversion rate, AOV, RTO, COD, and prepaid share mean not from a textbook, but because you've had merchant conversations about them.
  • You have existing relationships in the Indian D2C ecosystem founders, eCommerce managers, agency heads. Your network is your starting pipeline.
  • You're comfortable doing 30+ outbound touches a day and don't need someone to tell you to follow up.
  • You can demo a product, handle technical objections about payment gateways and Shopify integrations, and hold your own with a merchant's marketing head.


You're hungry. You see a 15-person startup processing 300 Crores and think "I want to be the person who makes that 1000 Crores."


What You Get

  • 68 LPA base (based on experience) + performance incentives tied directly to revenue closed. Top performers will earn significantly above base.
  • Equity (ESOPs). You're joining at 15 people. If FlexyPe becomes what we're building it to be, early equity matters.
  • Direct access to founders. No bureaucracy, no approval chains. You'll influence product, pricing, and GTM strategy from day one.
  • A front-row seat to the next phase. We're entering fundraising, expanding internationally, and launching new products. You'll sell things that don't exist at competitors yet.


What You Won't Get

  • A slow ramp-up period. We expect you producing pipeline in week 2.
  • A 5-day work week. We work Monday to Saturday. Sundays are yours.
  • Hand-holding. We'll give you tools, context, and support but you own your number.

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Mon to Sat
