Job Description
NDTV Convergence Limited is looking for an ambitious and results-driven sales representativeto join its CTV & Live TV advertising team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling premium Connected TV, and Live TV inventory to leading corporate brands and media agencies based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Digital media sales, a network of agency relationships, and a passion for the evolving streaming landscape. You will educate clients on the power of CTVcombining the impact of smart television with the precision of digital targeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets through new business acquisition and managing existing agency/corporate accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with senior-level decision-makers at media agencies, direct corporate clients, and regional brands.
- Strategic Pitching & Negotiation: Develop tailored, data-driven advertising proposals and negotiate high-value deals for CTV, VOD (Video on Demand), and Live TV placements.
- Market Leadership: Educate advertisers on the benefits of CTV/Live TV over traditional linear TV (addressability, measurability, and premium content), helping them transition budgets from linear to streaming.
- Campaign Optimization & Reporting: Collaborate with internal Ad Operations and data teams to deliver post-evaluation reports that demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive intelligence and industry trends to identify new opportunities and maximize market share.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, specifically within Digital News/Video, or Streaming/OTT/CTV ad platforms.
- Agency/Corporate Network: Strong, existing relationships with major media agencies (e.g., GroupM, Publicis, OMC) and corporate brand marketers.
- Digital Proficiency: Understanding of programmatic advertising, and CTV advertising metrics.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to lead high-level pitches.
- Education: Masters degree in Marketing/Business.
