Graphic Designer

Job Location : Kandivali West, Mumbai (Western line)

Must-Have:

6 Months -1 years experience in graphic design, ideally agency-side

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

A portfolio that demonstrates range social creatives, ads, collateral

Design-for-performance thinking hierarchy, hooks, CTAs (not just aesthetics)

Hands-on with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, Photoshop Generative Fill) for ideation, mock-ups, and speed

Adaptability across verticals and willingness to learn new tools quickly

About the Role:

Be the visual engine for client work designing social media creatives, ad creatives, brand collateral, and campaign assets across multiple verticals. You will work closely with the social media and media buying teams to turn briefs into scroll-stopping visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design daily and weekly social media creatives (statics, carousels, story templates) for 57 client brands

Build performance ad creatives for Meta and Google with conversion-focused design thinking

Create brand collateral, brochures, decks, festive creatives, packaging mockups, hoardings

Maintain brand consistency across each client's visual identity (fonts, colours, tone)

Take feedback iterations from internal teams and clients; revise quickly

Build and maintain a creative library and templates for repeat formats

Stay current on design trends, especially in social-first formats
