Were looking for a creative, extremely detail-oriented Graphic Designer who brings clarity, consistency, and strong visual storytelling to our brand while also being curious about technology, digital performance, and website optimization. This role sits at the intersection of design, content, and evolving digital tools, and is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strong visual execution with modern, tech-enabled workflows.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and well organized, someone who approaches their work with care and intention. Strong time management and attention to detail will help you create design that is not only delivered on time but also connects with the people it is meant for. You will have a high level of accountability, with the ability to deliver quality designs across digital and print channels while maintaining brand integrity.

Youll collaborate with our outreach, operations, logistics, and client servicing teams to deliver graphics and mock-ups for products, social media, emailers, presentations, reports, collateral, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects, catches even the smallest errors, interprets briefs accurately, embraces new tools and technologies, and implements feedback constructively.

• Create high-quality digital and print assets for products, social media, email campaigns, presentations, reports, and web-based materials. Common design needs include product mock-ups, art files, stickers, business cards, table runners, backdrops/displays, and more
• Maintain consistent design quality and brand standards across all deliverables and platforms
• Accurately interpret creative briefs, review work for copy and layout accuracy, and proactively ask clarifying questions
• Prepare print- and production-ready files, including bleeds, margins, export formats, and large-format event materials (banners, signage, booth panels, backdrops)
• Design infographics, documents, and structured layouts
• Develop simple motion graphics such as GIFs and lightweight animations
• Support website and landing-page design, ensuring strong usability, performance, and SEO-aligned visuals

• 35 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house marketing team preferred)
• Strong interest in technology, digital tools, and how design supports website performance and user experience
• Knowledge of AI-based design tools and emerging creative technologies such as ChatGPT and other LLMs with design tools
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with collaborative and AI-powered tools such as Gamma and similar platforms
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work efficiently within established brand systems and templates
• Experience preparing files for print production (CMYK, DPI, bleeds, safety margins, scaling)
• Experience designing large-format collaterals
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage large amounts of content and ensure accuracy across all assets
• Basic motion graphics capabilities (simple GIFs or animations)
• Portfolio showcasing clean, structured design work

GREAT-TO-HAVE SKILLS (SEO + web optimization focus):

Candidates with the following skills will stand out):

• Ability to create and optimize websites or landing pages for performance, conversions, and user experience
• Working knowledge of SEO + AEO best practices (metadata, keyword use, image optimization, on-page strategy)
• Experience designing or improving UI components for web and mobile
• Familiarity with web design tools
