Job Description
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual designs for broadcast, digital and social platforms
- Develop innovative content formats that enhance storytelling and audience engagement
- Collaborate with editorial, video, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive visual narratives
- Translate complex news and information into visually appealing graphics
- Maintain a high standard of aesthetic quality, typography, layout, and composition
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools, and apply them effectively
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Work on quick turnaround projects in a fast-paced newsroom environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in media, digital, or creative industries
- Exceptional creativity with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and visually striking work
- Strong understanding of design principles: composition, color theory, typography, and layout
- Ability to think beyond conventional formats and experiment with new visual approaches
- Proficiency in design tools such as Vizrt, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and a willingness to explore new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sense
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
