Responsibility Deliverables

Visual Content Creation: Design and produce a wide range of visual content

for social media, infographics, ebooks, Magazines and other creative assets.

Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm

and develop creative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and

posts.

Visual Identity: Ensure that all social media content adheres to the brand's

visual identity and style guidelines.

Ad Design: Create visually appealing and effective advertisements for social

media platforms, including banner ads, sponsored posts, and other ad formats.

Content Optimization: Optimize visuals for various social media platforms,

taking into account platform-specific requirements and best practices.

User Engagement: Design content that encourages user engagement, such

as likes, comments, shares, and click-throughs, by crafting compelling visuals.

Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, design tools, and

emerging technologies to create cutting-edge content.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite,

Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. Knowledge of UI/UX design(Figma) and

additional design software(adobe premiere pro, adobe after effects) is a plus.

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating a

deep understanding of design principles and creativity.

Excellent design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and

composition.

Strong problem-solving, time management skills and the ability to think

creatively to convey messages effectively.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team

and with content creators and marketing teams.

Familiarity with various social media platforms, their design requirements, and

best practices.

Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and

timelines
